This pilot uses a fictional project case. You do not need to share employer documents, real project notes, names, or confidential material.
What the scorecard stores
The scorecard’s own Firebase project stores your account email, answers, written prompt, survey choices, score, and guide so you can complete and revisit the experience. The written prompt is used to give you feedback. There is no active AI model API in this version; feedback is generated by deterministic rules.
How we measure the experiment
With your analytics consent, fixed event names, task IDs, campaign parameters, and opaque visitor identifiers can go to VentureLab to measure the funnel. Your written prompt, answer values, email, and guide content do not go there. PostHog and GA4 receive approved behavioral events only with analytics consent; Meta receives approved ad measurement events only with marketing consent. We do not send your email or other contact details to Meta. You can change those choices using “Privacy choices” in the scorecard.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and scorecard data (email, answers, written prompt, survey choices, score, and guide) until March 31, 2027, then delete them. Measurement events use an opaque ID, contain none of that content, and are kept for up to 24 months.
